Does my phone support eSIM?
eSIM works on iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and many other models. The phone must be carrier-unlocked. Easy check: dial *#06# — if the list shows an EID line, your phone supports eSIM.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — as long as the eSIM is not yet installed on the phone. Once installed, the profile has been issued by the operator and no refund is possible. So first make sure your phone is compatible, and only then scan the QR code.
When should I install the eSIM?
Best at home, before departure — installation needs Wi-Fi. The profile activates automatically once the phone catches a network at your destination, and that's when the plan's validity period starts.
Why doesn't the remaining data update instantly?
Usage data comes from the operator with a delay of up to 3 hours. That's normal: the internet works, the counter is just catching up.
