You need an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phone. Check your exact model on the Compatibility page.
The plan starts from your first connection to a network at the destination, not at purchase. Usage stats may lag 1–3 hours — that is normal.
Check your Spam folder. The QR is always on your order page via the link we emailed. If you cannot find it, message us below and we will resend it.
An uninstalled eSIM can be refunded. Once the profile is installed a refund is not possible — a supplier limitation. See the offer for details.
